Buildings & Utilities Committee  (Allen [Chm.], Terwilliger, Twiss)
1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding bidding authorization for the rebuilding of the Parkson Screen #2 at the Wastewater Treatment Plant at a cost not to exceed $100,000.
2. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding authorizing the Director of Public Service and Safety to enter into a professional services agreement with KZF Design, Inc. of Cincinnati, Ohio for the design of the Fire Station 1 Replacement at a cost not to exceed $600,000.   
3. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding authorizing the Director of Public Service and Safety to advertise for bids and enter into a contract for a into a contract for the internet/telephone provider for all City facilities at a cost not to exceed $140,000 for each twelve-month period of the contract. 
4. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding authorizing the Director of Public Service and Safety to advertise for bids and enter into a contract for the Central Service and Maintenance Facility HVAC Replacement Project at a total cost not to exceed $103,200.

Finance Committee  (Schweser [Chm.], Phillips, Severt)        
1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the recommendation of the Loan Review Committee for approval of a new loan in the amount of $125,000 from the Small Business Development (SBD) Revolving Loan Fund  to Keystone Real Estate Group, Ltd, for improvements to the building at 214 S. Mulberry Street.  Consideration of emergency legislation requested.

Streets & Sidewalks Committee  (Phillips [Chm.], Schilling, Snee)
1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding  authorizing the Resolution of Necessity for the 2020 Sidewalk Replacement Program (Phase 12).
