Streets & Sidewalks Committee (Phillips [Chm.], Heath, Snee)
1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the report of the Assessment Equalization Board on the appeals filed on the estimated assessments of the sidewalk portion of the N. Market Street Improvement Project.


Finance Committee (Kendall [Chm.], Schweser, Tremblay)
1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the recommendation of the Loan Review Committee for modification of the terms of the 2007 City of Troy CDBG loan to Medallion Investments, LLC for the Dye Building, with the assignment of the loan to Steve Smith and Melanie Elsass-Smith. Consideration of emergency legislation is requested to meet an October 4 loan closing date.

Community & Economic Development Committee (Twiss [Chm.], Kendall, Schweser)
1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the annexation application filed on behalf of Barbara Ernst Wilson and John A. Wilson for a parcel of 33.3712 acres, more or less, from Concord Township. The annexation was filed under the Expedited Type 2 procedure of the ORC. Committee consideration of:
A. Regarding consenting to the annexation,
B. Statement of municipal services that would be provided to an area proposed for annexation,
C. Statement regarding buffering of any incompatible uses that would be developed on the newly annexed territory from existing uses on land remaining in the Township.

Consideration of emergency legislation requested to meet the ORC time line for filing the above items with the Board of Miami County Commissioners.
