NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY TROY CITY COUNCIL ON PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE FOR AN 8-ACRE PARCEL OF INLOT 9891 FROM THE ZONING OF A-R, AGRICULTURE-RESIDENTIAL, R-3-B, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

On Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall (100 S. Market Street), Troy City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed rezoning of a total of 8 acres, part of Inlot 9891, from the zoning of A-R, Agriculture-Residential, to R-3-B, Single-Family Residential District.  This property is located directly north of Finsbury Lane, west of  Piqua-Troy Road and east of the Nottingham Subdivision, and is currently vacant land.  The property owner is the Halifax Land Co., LLC and the applicant is  Nottingham Development, Inc., Jessica Minesinger, President.  
The Troy Planning Commission has recommended that this rezoning be approved.
