NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY TROY CITY COUNCIL ON PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE FOR INLOT 7039 (PARCEL NO. DO8-058770) LOCATED AT 530 CRESCENT DRIVE FROM THE ZONING OF OC-1, OFFICE-COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, TO R-7, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
 
On Monday, June 4, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall (100 S. Market Street), Troy City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed rezoning of Inlot 7039, Parcel No. DO8-058770, with the address of 530 Crescent Drive, from the zoning of OC-1, Office-Commercial District, to R-7, Multiple-Family Residential District. The property owner is Hess Burk Nickras Building Partnership. The applicant is Bruns Realty Group. 

The Troy Planning Commission has recommended that this rezoning be approved.
