Board of Park Commissioners
The Board of Park Commissioners shall have maintenance control and responsibility over the real property and all improvements and buildings, along with all fixtures permanently affixed to such improvements and buildings, located in the parks of the City, including the Senior Citizens Center and the Miami Shores Golf Club.

Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA)
The Board of Zoning Appeals hears appeals of decisions relating to the City's Zoning Code, and considers applications for variances from the Zoning Code, as provided under Section 1137 of the Codified Ordinances.

City Beautification Committee
The City Beautification Committee is responsible for a variety of beautification projects, both downtown and across Troy.

Civil Service Commission
The Civil Service Commission sets and enforces rules pertaining to Civil Service positions within the City, including examinations, appointments, promotions, and removals of those positions.

Community Improvement Corporation (CIC)
The CIC is a non-profit economic development corporation, organized for the purpose of advancing, encouraging, and promoting the industrial, economic, commercial, and civic development of the community.

Community Reinvestment Housing Council (CRA)
The council inspects properties eligible for tax exemptions through the Ohio Community Reinvestment Area Program and hears appeals related to the program.

Economic Dev Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Committee
The Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund Committee approves loans applied for through the Economic Development Revolving Loan program, a city-administered program leveraging federal dollars to provide "gap financing" to businesses with a primary lender.

Human Relations Commission (HRC)
The Human Relations Commission, appointed by the Mayor, studies the issues of the community with regards to race, gender, social economics, and other concerns.

Income Tax Board of Review
The City maintains a Local Board of Tax Review to hear appeals of decisions by the Fiscal Manager, in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 718.

Miami County Board of Health*
* The Board of Health is a combined board of health representing the merger of the General Health District, the Tipp City Health District, the Piqua City Health District, and the Troy City Health District. The General Health District includes all townships and villages in the county. In an agreement for merger, the original Board of Health of the General Health District was expanded to include representation from Troy, Tipp City, and Piqua. * The Miami County Board of Health is a board to which Troy appoints members.

Miami Shores Golf Advisory Board
The Golf Advisory Board provide comments to the Board of Park Commissioners related to the operation and maintenance of the Miami Shores Golf Club.

Planning Commission
The Troy Planning Commission is established in accordance with Section 1101.01 of the Codified Ordinances and Section 713.01 of the ORC. It shall be the duty of the City Planning Commission to plan, lay out and arrange as to the future growth of the City.

Records Commission
The Records Commission provides rules for retention and disposal of records for the City.

Recreation Board
The Recreation Board equips and operates playgrounds, athletic fields, and other recreation centers, including the Hobart Arena and the Municipal Swimming Pool.

Tax Incentive Review Council (TIRC)
The review council is tasked with reviewing exemptions from property taxation provided under certain Ohio laws.
