Finance Committee                                                                  (Severt [Chm.], Phillips, Rozell) 

1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding authorizing the Director of Public Service and Safety to execute a subordination loan agreement for 107 W Main LLC.  This does not commit any additional funding.  Consideration of emergency legislation is requested to complete the subordination process as soon as possible.

Law & Ordinance Committee                                                  (Snee [Chm.], Phillips, Severt)

1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding authorizing the Director of Public Service and Safety to:

1. Enter into an agreement with the law firm of Jackson Lewis P.C. for employment related services for 2022.
2. Enter into an agreement with the law firm of Buckley King (fka Altic & Corwin Co., L.P.A.) for legal services for 2022.
3. File a Notice of Appeal only in the event another party files a Notice of Appeal regarding the Trial Court’s decision regarding the Certificate of Appropriateness for the Tavern Building.

Consideration of emergency legislation is requested.

2. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the TREX application for C-1 and C-2 Liquor Permits submitted by Shakti Petroleum, LLC for their new location at 959 N. Market Street, Troy, Ohio.

Safety & Health Committee                                                     (Twiss [Chm.], Marshall, Whidden)

1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding authorizing the 2023 Miami County Public Health Funding of $375,217.04, an increase of approximately 2.55%.
