Reorganization of Recreation Board.

•  Authorization of president, vice president, and secretary of the Recreation Board to sign purchase orders, invoices, and board documents.
• Board of Park Commissioners and Recreation Board recommend that Council authorize the Director of Public Service and Safety to enter into non-ticketed use agreements for concert events at Treasure Island Park for summer of 2023. 2023 dates are June 24 & August 5.
• Request authorization from Council to advertise for bids for Ice Deck Floor Covering replacement at Hobart Arena in an amount not to exceed $170,000.
