The Troy Community is invited to attend a Spirit Rally to be held at the Amphitheater in Treasure Island Park this Thursday, November 3, at 7:00 p.m. We will honor the Troy High School and Troy Christian football teams. Both will enjoy home state-playoff games this weekend. The Troy Trojans will play Anderson Friday night at 7:30 p.m. in Troy Memorial Stadium, while the Troy Christian Eagles will play Upper Scioto Valley at Troy Christian Stadium Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m.
Athletic Directors, coaches, players, cheerleaders, and bands will be present at this Community Spirit Rally Night, along with Troy Community Radio. Mayor Beamish will serve as the Emcee for this special community event. “This is a first for Troy! Both teams have brought honor and recognition to our Troy community and their respective high schools. This is an opportunity for our Troy community to show our support for our Trojans and Eagles,” stated Mayor Mike Beamish.
Limited parking will be available in the Treasure Island Park. Fans and community supporters are encouraged to park at the Hobart Arena and walk down the recreational trail. Additional parking is open at the Troy Lumber/ITW Hobart parking area off W. Water and N. Elm Streets. The Rally will begin promptly at 7 p.m. and last no longer than an hour.
Come out and show our community pride and spirit for both the Trojans and the Eagles!
