PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING THE STUDY OF THE SHERWOOD SHOPPING CENTRE AREA
The City of Troy has authorized a study for the Sherwood Shopping Centre area. The study is to focus on reinvestment and redevelopment opportunities for the Sherwood Shopping Centre and possibilities to help other property owners’ investment in their surrounding parcels. The study will look at different scenarios for investing in the Sherwood Shopping Centre site, infrastructure improvements, market dynamics, and regulatory issues.
A public meeting has been set to establish a baseline understanding of the site’s history, context, and potential; evaluate and provide feedback on emerging concepts and scenarios; and to help establish a direction for how to best move forward.
PUBLIC MEETING: Monday, October 30, 3017
