NOTICE OF TROY CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE FROM M-2, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, TO A A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT – INDUSTRIAL (PD-I)
FOR 7.103 ACRES AT 2601 WEST MAIN STREET, THE TROY STORAGE AREA PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
On Monday, August 15, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall (100 S. Market Street) the Troy City Council will hold a public hearing on a Planned Development – Industrial (PD-I) Application for the Troy Storage Area Planned Development. This is a 7.103 Acre parcel at 2601 West Main Street, Inlot 8386, generally located at on West Main Street, west of North Kings Chapel Drive). The proposed change is from the zoning classification of M-2, Light Industrial District, to a Planned Development – Industrial l (PD-I) The owner/applicant is Professional Associates Inc.
The Troy Planning Commission has recommended that the proposed planned development zoning be approved.
