The Robinson Reserve at Duke Park continues to grow and thrive, thanks to an endowment established by the Robinson Fund. Last week, the Park Department worked with the Robinson Reserve Fund to plant 29 trees at the Robinson Reserve. The Fund paid $10,068, covering the entire cost of the new trees.
In 2021, the Pat and Thom Robinson Fund established a nearly $1 million endowment fund at The Troy Foundation to be used in maintaining and improving the Robinson Reserve at Duke Park, which was established in 2022. The Robinson Reserve, situated on land acquired by the City and adjacent to Duke Park, is in the process of being re-naturalized with native trees and wildflowers.
