RESOLUTION NO. R-20-2024

RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF NEW AND REPLACEMENT SIDEWALKS/SHARED USE PATH AS PART OF THE SOUTH STANFIELD ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT PHASE 2 IN THE CITY OF TROY, OHIO AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY 

This Resolution providing for notice to adjacent property owners of the estimated assessment for sidewalk/shared use path areas of the S. Stanfield Road  Reconstruction Project Phase 2 was adopted by Council 5-6-2024. 

The estimated assessments and plans for this project are on file and open for public inspection in the Office of the Clerk of Council.  Any objections to the estimated assessments must be filed in writing in the Office of the Clerk of Council (City Hall, 100 S.
