Due to the snow and cold weather, the City is delaying water shut-offs until Monday, February 2. Crews will deliver door hangers to homes with delinquent water bill payments this week.
If your payment is delinquent, please make plans to pay your water bill before Sunday, February 1 at 5:00 p.m. Payments may be made through a variety of methods:
- You may pay with cash, check, credit card or money order in person at 100 S. Market Street during business hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 pm., and Friday 7:30 a.m. to noon.
- Payment via check or cash can be delivered through the dropbox in the 100 S. Market Street vestibule.
- Checks can be sent by mail. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific mail delivery date. We strongly recommend dropping off your payment in person if your payment is delinquent.
- Credit card payments can be made through our online payment portal.
- If you would like to have your payment automatically deducted from your bank account monthly, you may download the Automatic Deduction Form and return it to the Utility Billing & Collection office.
