On Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, Troy, Ohio, the Troy City Council will hold a public hearing on a proposed change to the Revised General Plan of the Troy Christian Schools Education and Performing Arts Facility Planned Development – Residential (PD-R) located at 700 S. Dorset Road, Troy, Ohio. The proposed change is to include Inlot 4955 located on S. Dorset Road and Inlot 4956 located on Arlington Ave., and a portion of Arlington Ave. which is to be vacated and rezoned from R-5 Single-Family to Planned Development – Residential; increase the overall size of the Planned Development from 24.862 acres to 25.384 acres; increase the parking area within the Planned Development and adjust interior drive isles to improve traffic flow within the Planned Development.
The owner is Troy Christian Schools, Inc. The Troy Planning Commission has recommended that the proposed changes to the Revised General Plan of the Troy Christian Schools Education and Performing Arts Facility Planned Development – Residential be approved.
