Residents are reminded that the Dye Mill Road Compost Facility’s last day of operations for 2023 will be November 25. It will reopen in spring of 2024. Please note that the facility will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on November 23.
The Dye Mill Road Compost Facility is available for use to all City of Troy residents. The facility accepts compost materials including grass, brush, leaves, garden refuse (excluding fruit), and rocks. Concrete, bricks, and blocks are not accepted. To use the facility, Troy residents must provide proof of residency.
