City trash is delayed on Christmas, New Year’s Day, and the days in the same week following those holidays. For example, if Christmas falls on a Monday, residents with Monday pickup will have trash picked up on Tuesday, Tuesday pickups will be delayed to Wednesday, etc. Friday pickups will be delayed to Saturday, and regular pickup will resume the following Monday.
All other holidays will be collected on their normal trash day. Collection will not be affected if the holiday falls on the weekend.
